Filed under: 4) Highlights, Bayern Munich, FRA-Lyon, UEFA Champions League

Champions League Semifinal (second leg)
Lyon 0 – 1 Bayern Munich

After a heated first leg, Bayern Munich travel to Lyon with a slim 1-goal lead. The Bavarians will be without superstar Franck Ribery — due to red card — and much of their defensive line to injury. Lyon lacked luster in the first leg but are expected to have a bit more glimmer at home. The key to their passage will be to avoid conceding any away goals.

This all comes down to a spot in the elusive Champions League Final in Madrid on May 22nd.

CALL-GIRL SCANDAL! Ribery & Benzema face JAIL TIME!!!

Further scandal befalls the French national team… and once again, it arises from someone not being able to keep their hands to themselves!

French nationals Franck Ribery, Sidney Govou, and Karim Benzema have been linked in a child prostitution scandal and have been accused of sleeping with the above busty beauty, Zahia Dehar.

Recently having turned 18, the call girl was “shocked” to find out that the players could face up to 3 years in jail for their previous encounters. The brilliant miss had a swell time with all of them at a cool £2,000/night and claims to have been treated “with utter respect” by the hornballs.

The scandal exploded when provocative photos were released and the call girl’s “pimp” was arrested.

The gents claim to have done nothing wrong and assure the public that this is just a big misunderstanding… but things just seem a little fishy… and creepy.

MORE TO COME!!!

For now, enjoy video of where French hands have been:

Champions League Semifinal (first leg)
Bayern Munich v. Lyon

Lacking the marquee names of it’s sister semifinal, today’s Bayern v Lyon matchup should prove to be quite interesting. The general take is that French football has been subpar in Europe, so the Bavarians are tipped to win the tie. However, despite being capable of playing dazzling soccer, Bayern have proven to be a bit unstable this year — possibly allowing a solid, consistent showing from Lyon to take the day. A key for the French team will come in their ability to snatch an away goal or two.
